Services Offered

JFK Shuttles provides scheduled and on-demand transportation to and from airports, with a primary focus on JFK International Airport and service coverage across New York City, Long Island, and surrounding boroughs. Services include:

  • Airport transfers (JFK, LGA, EWR)
  • private rides
  • Hotel, home, and business pickups
  • Group transportation for events and conventions

Note: Availability in outer regions may vary depending on vehicle capacity and scheduling.

Booking and Reservation Policy

You can book with JFK Shuttles via:

For every reservation, the following information is required:

  • Full Name, Phone Number, and Email
  • Pickup and Drop-off Locations
  • Desired Time and Date
  • Number of Passengers and Luggage
  • Special requests (child seat, wheelchair access, etc.)

Airport Pickup Terms

  • Flight Monitoring: We monitor all provided flight numbers to ensure timely pickup.
  • Curbside Service: Standard pickup outside the terminal.
  • Meet & Greet: Inside-terminal pickup with a name sign available for an added fee ($35).
  • Wait Time Grace Periods:
    • Domestic Flights: 30 minutes
    • International Flights: 45 minutes
    • After this period, wait time charges apply: $1.75/min for Sedans, $2.25/min for SUVs/Vans.

User Obligations

By using JFK Shuttles, all users agree to:

  • Use services for lawful purposes only.
  • Provide accurate reservation and contact details.
  • Refrain from carrying prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials.
  • Treat drivers, vehicles, and equipment with respect. Customers may be held responsible for any damages caused during the ride.

Liability and Limitations

JFK Shuttles is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, flight changes, or weather.
  • Missed flights or appointments due to events beyond our control.
  • Items left in vehicles post-trip.
  • Service interruptions due to mechanical or operational issues (in which case we will reschedule or refund as appropriate).

Fees & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Full fare including any incurred waiting time will be charged.
  • Overtime Charges: For hourly bookings, overtime will be billed at:
    • $1.75/min (Sedans)
    • $2.25/min (SUVs/Vans)
  • Late/Early Pickup: Additional $15 for pickups before 7 AM or after 10 PM.
  • Change Requests within 12 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a $35 fee, subject to availability.

SMS Communication Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive important service updates via SMS, including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Driver arrival alerts
  • Delay or route updates
  • Marketing promotions (only with prior consent)

Standard disclosures:

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe, “HELP” for assistance.
  • No SMS charges will be billed to the customer.

Data Security

JFK Shuttles ensures all customer data is securely handled:

  • Personal and payment data is encrypted.
  • Only authorized personnel may access customer details.
  • Drivers receive limited trip information relevant to their assignment.
  • Customers can manage their account and update personal info via a secure portal.

Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, JFK Shuttles cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to road, weather, or airport-related conditions. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by such external factors.
